###  COVID-19 update (as of March 23, 2020 16:10 EST/UTC-05)

 As most of you know, Harvard has [transitioned to remote learning](https://www.harvard.edu/coronavirus) due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. If you are still located in Massachusetts, please be aware that, starting on **Tuesday, March 24 at noon** [all businesses and workplaces in the state not providing "COVID-19 Essential Services"](https://www.mass.gov/news/governor-charlie-baker-orders-all-non-essential-businesses-to-cease-in-person-operation) (defined [here](https://www.mass.gov/doc/covid-19-essential-services)) are closed **until at least Tuesday, April 7th at noon**. Also note that during this time, gatherings are limited to 10 people.
