###  Harvard at SALT 27

 [Isabelle Charnavel](https://sites.google.com/site/isabellecharnavel/) presented her work titled "Not-at-issueness of *since-*clauses" at Semantics and Linguistic Theory ([SALT](http://lingsite.org/salt27/program/)) 27, held May 12-14 at the University of Maryland.

###  Goodbyes to Visiting Scholars and Fellows

 The department is bidding farewell to the following visitors this spring and summer:

- Professor Jieun Kim, a Visiting Scholar from the University of Ulsan, South Korea
- Professor Liping Liu, a Visiting Scholar from the Beijing Language and Culture University, China
- Tobias Mosbæk Søborg, a Fellow from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark
- Louise Skydsbjerg Friis, a Special Student also from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark
