###  Meaning and Modality Lab Meeting

 Sadie Pate will be presenting the paper "Mnemonic effect of iconic gesture and beat gesture in adults and children: Is meaning in gesture important for memory recall?" by Wing Chee So, Colin Sim Chen-Hui &amp; Julia Low Wei-Shan, as well as her proposal for a new extension study.

 [Giuseppe Ricciardi](/people/giuseppe-ricciardi) will be giving two talks at MIT this week, both titled: *"She must be mad" Really? Must?
