###  Liu Awarded Travel Grant for CUNY 32

 [Ethan Wilcox](/people/ethan-wilcox) gave a talk titled "Stuctural Supervision improves learning of non-local grammatical dependencies" at the [2019 Annual Conference of the North American Chapter of the Associational for Computational Linguistics](https://naacl2019.org/) (NAACL), which was held in Minneapolis, Minnesota on June 2-7.

###  Fenger presented at CGSW

 [Paula Fenger](/people/paula-fenger) (Harvard/UConn) gave a poster presentation titled "A n(umber) of things: Linking morphemes in Dutch and German", joint work with [Gísli Rúnar Hardharson](https://gislihardarson.wordpress.com/) (University of Iceland), at the [Comparative Germanic Syntax Workshop 34](http://ling.uni-konstanz.de/pages/CGSW34/2019/Welcome.html), held in Kostanz, Germany on June 14-15.
