Welcome Larson and Nicolae

The Department of Linguistics is pleased to welcome Dr. Bradley Larson (PhD, University of Maryland), who will be joining us as a visiting lecturer, and Dr. Andreea Nicolae (PhD '13) who will be joining us as a College Fellow.

Fall Events and Deadlines

The GSAS Registration deadline is coming up this Wednesday, August 28, and the Registration Deadline for all Undergraduate Students is Tuesday, September 3. The Bok Center Fall Teaching Conference will be held Wednesday, August 28, and Thursday, August 29. Classes begin on Tuesday, September 3. Finally, Study Card Day is Tuesday, September 10. Additionally, mark your calendars for the Department of Linguistics' annual Fall Reception on Thursday, September 19, at 5:00pm.
