Fall Reception

Reminder that our Fall Reception will be held on Tuesday, September 15 from 4:00-6:00pm in the Boylston 3rd floor lounge. Come mix and mingle with our faculty, graduate students, undergraduate concentrators, and potential future concentrators - there will be food from Five Spices!

 

Bees, Whales, and LLMs

As part of a project for LING 10, Avani Shah-Lipman ('29) interviewed linguist Gašper Beguš (UC Berkeley), an alum of the department who researches animal and non-human language. The interview was recorded as a podcast, which aired on WHRB 95.3 FM this past Sunday, September 13 just after 12pm.
