"We Are Our Languages": Film Screening and Panel

We are thrilled to announce We Are Our Languages: Digital Stories by Indigenous Language Champions from Around The World, presented by the Endangered Languages Project (ELP) and the Harvard Department of Linguistics. Join us for a screening of several deeply personal short films about language loss and revitalization, identity and memory, and the strength and resilience held in Indigenous languages, lands, and communities. After the screening will be a panel discussion with three of the storytellers: Lamiae Zeriouh (Tarifit Tamazight, Morocco), Gibrilla Kamara (Limba and Mani, Sierra Leone), and Ashani Coviello (Gullah, USA).

Save the date: the event will be held on Thursday, November 12, from 5:00-7:00pm in the Boylston Fong Auditorium.
